International Relations

Lahti University of Applied Sciences is an internationally recognised and competitive higher education institution, which gives the students extensive knowledge to adapt to the internationalising and multicultural working life and society. Our goal is to provide the highest professional knowledge with information and insight to the influences, development and trends in the international context. 

Sustainable collaboration with partner universities, companies and other organisations enhances the international dimension in all our activities. Agreements with more than 190 universities around the world secure mobility for students and faculty.  Annually, approximately 20% of our students gain international experience abroad by spending a semester either studying at a partner university or completing an internship. International degree students, international faculty, exchange students and exchange teachers contribute to a truly international study environment at LUAS.
