Student stories

What is your world?

Tales and stories are made of dreams. Of the Big Dreams, or perhaps of every day wishes, of the desire to experience something new.

Someone has always dreamt of being an artist, entrepreneur, or designer. Another one is interested in engineering. Or a person with one degree qualification completed may also want to be a musician, nurse, or an expert in tourism. A private dream can made of a wish to acquire a formal certificate after having worked in the field for several years.

Lahti University of Applied Sciences has over 5,000 students. Stories of finding your very own field of study and of studying here are just as many. Here are a few of them!
